Scope of work: Managing all documentation and supervising work at all stages in the run up to the event and during the event according to the approved plan. Organization of lunches and dinners with entertainment in top restaurants in Singapore and Bangkok. Development of excursion program for the guests. Participation in the development of restaurant decorations. Organization of pre visit of the project team. Participation in negotiations with all suppliers.
