Format: Welcome dinner and wedding ceremony with a gala dinner with entertainment program
Guests: 40 persons
Scope of work: Venue selection; arranging an site inspection visit with a couple; site investigation and planning; negotiating with the villa management and achieving a special conditions for the client; design of the decorations to match the bride's look; selecting the team (catering, photographer, host, stylist, makeup artist, DJ, etc.) and supervising the work of decorators and other suppliers; organizing their flights and accommodation close to the main venue; organizing a tasting for the couple at the catering in Florence; constant communication with the client during the four months of preparation; budgeting the event and managing all documentation.
