Scope of work: Development of zoning of the initially empty space. Supervising work at all stages in the run up to the event and during the event according to the approved plan. Participation in the development of the menu with a focus on Spanish cuisine that perfectly matches the wine brand. Negotiating with museum management for the organization of complex mounting and dismantling works in the limiting deadlines.
