Format: Welcome cocktail, four courses dinner with entertainment and performance by famous artists
Guests: 80 persons
Scope of work: Development of the event concept, venue recommendation, supplier selection and team formation for the project, holding meetings, budget and document management, recommendation of a catering company and arrange menu testing. Most of the preparation from my side was successfully done while in Switzerland and working with a partner from Moscow.
