Location: Antalya, Turkey, Hotel Maxx Royal Kemer Resort
Format: Two days of celebration: welcome dinner and wedding ceremony with a gala dinner with entertainment program
Guests: 35 persons
Scope of work: Arranging an inspection visit before the event; site investigation and planning; negotiating with the hotel management and achieving a special discount for the client; design of the decorations to match the bride's look; engaging a local partner and supervising the work of decorators; selecting the team (photographer, host, stylist, makeup artist, DJ, etc.) and organizing their flights and hotel accommodations close to the main venue; constant communication with the client during the two months of preparation; managing a project while in Switzerland and the client is located in Russia and Cyprus; budgeting the event and managing all documentation.
