Communication with the client based on prompt processing of requests before and during the event. Budgeting the event; managing all documentation; drawing up the project schedule; ensuring all deadlines were met; booking air tickets for the project team of over 50 people; planning transfer schedules for those arriving in Turkey at different times; arranging an inspection visit before the event.
