Scope of work: Developing the concept of the event and drawing up a concert program to a tight deadline, holding negotiations with opera artists of the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow. Selecting a supplier and putting together a project team, conducting meetings. Supervising installation works carried out in two halls at the same time.
